Before your consultation, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire giving details of your main health concerns. At the consultation, you will get the chance to discuss these concerns in more detail including your symptoms, family history, diet and lifestyle, in order to reveal how these factors may be influencing your health.
We will then work together to devise a dietary and lifestyle plan that is suitable for your own personal needs. This will include an analysis of your current diet, realistic and achievable goal setting and a tailor-made diet plan and guidance on health and well-being. Following your initial consultation, a detailed report will be prepared and sent to you. Email and telephone support is also offered.
A follow-up appointment is recommended about 3-4 weeks after your initial consultation and lasting approximately 45 minutes. Discounts apply when booking an initial consultation with two follow-ups in advance.

Although advice is based around diet suggestions, it may sometimes be necessary to suggest the use of high quality nutritional supplements in the early stages to help address any imbalances and deficiencies.
In some instances, biochemical testing (blood, urine, saliva, hair and stool) may be recommended which can often save time by quickly highlighting areas of imbalance. These tests would incur an additional cost which can be discussed during the consultation.
Please be aware at least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations, otherwise the full consultation fee will apply.
Food Intolerance Testing
Food intolerance is a condition with a wide range of symptoms including: including gut symptoms, bloating, migraines, low mood, weight gain, fatigue and skin problems. Did you know that 45% of people suffer symptoms of food intolerance? Did you also know that 3 out of 4 people tested reported feeling benefit within 3 weeks of dietary change?
I now offer a Food Intolerance Testing service. The test is a very simple finger prick blood collection. The sample is posted back to the Laboratory tested and analysed for IgG antibody reactions to a maximum of 150 food and drink ingredients. Fees start at £99.00.
The test can be incorporated in a package which includes a consultation to discuss your results. This is highly recommended as it is important to explore the causes of the food intolerance as well as excluding foods from your diet. Intolerances often indicate poor digestive function and these symptoms need to be addressed, otherwise you may go on to develop intolerances to other foods. Also, if you remove foods from your diet it is important to find suitable alternatives and we can discuss this in your consultation.
Our online questionnaire includes a food diary, so we suggest you download either the Word .doc or the Acrobat .pdf for reference – then complete the online questionnaire once you have finished compiling the information. Alternatively, you’re welcome to complete the form by hand, and post the completed form back to us. Additionally, if you have Microsoft Word installed on your mac/pc you can complete the questionnaire at your own speed and when finished simply email the document back to us as an attachment – thus retaining a copy of your answers.
